Project Summary & Challenges
Design a B2B app for Coca Cola Turkey to streamline product ordering for sales personnel.
Slow ordering process due to employees' time constraints.
Simplified the flow by reducing pages and steps, enhancing speed and usability.
Used surveys to quickly gather insights from a diverse, anonymous user group.
The processes
#1 Research
The first UX step involved gathering insights through surveys and interviews to understand the sales team's challenges. This research highlighted key issues in the ordering process, guiding us toward a user-centric design solution.
#2 Structure Creation
We streamlined the app by reducing the number of pages and steps, focusing on creating a fast and intuitive flow. Components were carefully designed to ensure that users could navigate the ordering process efficiently, making the app both functional and easy to use.
#3 Design Process
The focus was on creating an intuitive and visually appealing interface that supports quick, efficient navigation. Interactive elements were incorporated to enhance usability, ensuring the app met the needs of the sales team while maintaining a cohesive and engaging user experience.
#1 Research
Benchmarking
We analyzed similar B2B applications to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement. This comparison helped us refine the app’s features, ensuring it met industry standards while offering a competitive edge in efficiency and user satisfaction.
Moodboards
By selecting colors, typography, and imagery that resonated with Coca Cola Turkey's brand and the app's purpose, we set the foundation for a cohesive and appealing design that aligns with the users' needs and expectations.
#2 Structure Creation
I mapped out detailed user flows to ensure a seamless and logical progression through the app's features. Wireframes were then developed to visualize these flows, providing a clear blueprint for the app’s layout and interactions. This approach allowed us to optimize the user journey, making the ordering process intuitive and efficient from start to finish.
User Flows
I focused on developing comprehensive user flows to map out every step of the ordering process. By analyzing these flows, I identified potential pain points and streamlined the journey to minimize friction. This led to a more intuitive and efficient experience, ensuring users could complete tasks quickly and with ease.
Wireframes
These wireframes served as a visual guide, detailing the placement of elements and interactions to validate the user flow and ensure the app’s structure was both intuitive and effective before moving on to high-fidelity designs.
#3 Design Process
Concept Iterations
By making iterative adjustments to the design, I ensured that each version improved usability and addressed any identified issues, ultimately leading to a more polished and effective final product.

#4 User interviews & Tests
In the User Interviews & Tests phase, I gathered feedback from real users to assess the app's usability. Their insights guided refinements, ensuring the app effectively met their needs and improved overall user experience.
